Public Hearing: La Vigne Assessment District Bonds?

In reviewing the most recent city council agenda, I saw this topic as an item that will be discussed at the next CC meeting... But, I couldn't quite understand the the issue.

Does anyone know what this is about? I'm a new homeowner in La Vigne and wonder what concerns I might need to have over it or how owners in the development may be affected.

Any help would be appreciated, even if you simply direct me to where I might read more on the subject to gain an understanding.

Jennifer if you have the full agenda for the meeting you should be able to read everything that the council memebers read. When I read a copy if I find out more....and can understand it I will come back to you.
