Is there some sort of city ordinance against excessive barking dogs?
Tonight is the worse... the neighbor's dogs have been barking for over 45 minutes. Sometimes I have heard them in the middle of the night.
Fortunately, my dog doesn't react to their barking.

You can go online and read the city ordinance at ci.american-canyon.ca.us
Under Departments click on City Administration, then click on City Municipal Code. Click on Municipal Code and then click on Title 8 Health and Safety which will take you to seven chapters of the barking dog ordinance.
