I too received Mr. Maguire's DVD in the mail. I watched it, not because I support him, but because I was curious. I was curious as to WHY he would choose to put his message out on a DVD when there was an opportunity for him on Tuesday night to speak to the citizens of American Canyon directly. He ...

Last Nights Mayoral Forum
Did anyone attend last night's mayoral forum? I was very disappointed and concerned by the lack of attendance, both in candidates and in the public. It was nice to hear from Mr. Garcia. However, I really wanted to hear what the other candidates had to say. Does anyone realize how important electing ...

Speeding on Carolyn Drive
Due to the increased traffic on 29, I have noticed there are more and more people using the Napa Junction turn off to cut though town. This has caused an increase of cars that speed down Carolyn Drive especially from the last stop sign on Los Altos and Carolyn to the end of Carolyn. There is a dip ...

After reading the first article, my copy promptly went in the trash. I have even called to have my name removed from the mailing list. I am so tired of reading negative and slanted news articles. It is very obvious who the Post is supporting. And what is with writing an article using the name "staff ...

Sorry! Applebees was just a suggestion! I really don't care what the restaurant is just as long as we get one. Cheescake Factory, TGI Fridays, Chili's, Outback Steakhouse, Cheveys, Marie Calendars, etc, would all be good. No offense to the restaurants we already have, but a little variety would be ...

Not really. I have never received the ECHO on a consistent basis. However, at least when I did recieve the ECHO it covered events that were happening in the community albeit a little out of date at times. I am not really happy with any of our local publications. Like I said earlier, I want to read ...

First I would like to respond to the statement made by ac94503 "Mrs. Coffey has been very articulate in her responses on this website. She seems to handle herself very well under much criticism." I would say in my personal experience with Counselwoman Coffey she does not in fact respond well under ...

I for one am glad that I haven't seen the Post in my mailbox. It is no better that Harry Martin's Napa Sentinel. I know of several people who have written letters to the editor that have not been published due to having differences of opinion with Cindy. I want to read about positive things that are ...

Just because you have a sign in your yard supporting one candidate should not mean that you don't want to hear what the other candiatates have to say. I don't like recieveing political information either (in the mail or otherwise). However, this is a big decision for our city. The more information I ...

Officer Brownlee, thank you for your response. Yes, I agree that having patience is best in this situation. I do think I have a fair amount of patience. I also do my best every morning to leave with plenty of time to get my son to school. However, it gets very frustrating when every morning I am ...

I and other members of my family have complained to the office. With having to deal with 500+ students, the staff in the office have little time to respond to traffic issues. I would really like to see some sort of police presence, especially in the mornings. Yelling out my window or honking my horn ...

Traffic issues at Donaldson Way Elementary
Can anyone tell me what is being done to solve the traffic issues at Donaldson Way Elementary School? People continue to drop off childern along the fire lane which slows down the people who are trying to drop off their children in the correct area. I don't know how many people I see park in the the ...
