Police Activity on Melvin Road

I am curious to know what became of the police activity that took place on Melvin Road on Monday, September 18th. As I did see the person the police were looking for, and actually at the time I saw him I had the thought as to why he would be carrying what he was carrying. -- Anyway- just wanting to know what was going on in my neighborhood. Please advise
