Anyone know what the deal is with the csi investigation outside Starbucks yesterday was about? The window facing AC rd was blocked off with yellow tape and little number cards marking evidence about 4pm.

Looks like those criminals didn't even wait for the WalMart to be finished being built!!! Guess they wanted a head start!

So how many times does this make for that Credit Union to be robbed?

Did I miss something?

What's the connection between Walmart and the Robbery at the Credit Union?

Simple minds and their simple thinking.

There isn't a connection -- it was sarcasim. Because of all the uproar about the WalMart bringing crime into the city. I was simply stating that in sarcasim -- that no matter what we have in this town the depravity of man will bring the crime.

Lighten Up!!

I don't read this forum very often, as I am busy at home with the children in the evenings and at work during the day.

It is very odd to me that the mention of crime in our city, is the pre-coming of Walmart. Weather it be sarcasm or not, we had crime here before there was Safeway center or Canyon Plaza. We had a little video store that also consisted of our Post Office. How many times did they get robbed, from either an inside job or outside? I know of at least 5 times.
I also know of a doctor that robbed his patients and lost his license and his business. We had crime before the new comers and we had crime on the few stores that we did have. The only difference is, the newcomers don't know about it, as they weren't here. Does anyone remember when a little league mom stole all the money from the league? We are speaking of $18,000. Not small change.
Crime hasn't gotten any worse, compared to the growth that has occurred.
We are just more informed than we were. We now have more citizens that are watching. Have some faith!!! AC is a great city.
