I have had several issues from my Kodak Camera, it overheated, the battery door expanded, and almost caused personal injury. After weeks and BBB filing, they agreed to fix it. Now the camera drains battery, I'm in the process of getting the repair repaired again. After numerous calls yea another BBB filing since they wont do anything. Their only response is "please take a 15% discount and buy another camera online or pay for the repair yourself".
They have an F by the way with the BBB. Please dont buy anything from Kodak anymore, their products are terrible, and good luck getting anything repaired correctly if it breaks.
