Re: SMELLY WATER
Yup me to!! Got home on 02/19 and the smell was bad. My wife said that it was our daughter's diaper. Next day I go to shave and the smell was still there-kind of like mildew or moss. I called public works and was told that the smell was from the run off from the storm. They said should be temporary ...

Re: Santana Row
I doubt Amcan will get shops similar to Santana Row-Gucci, Dior, Louis Vuitton. I highly doubt it but it would be nice. I don't think Amcan would be able to support shops of that caliber but people are willing to drive from FAR away such as the shops in Gabazon-close to Palm Springs to purchase high...

Alarm Company
How can you tell if an alarm company is legit. Had some approach me at my home this weekend. They seemed legit. The guy had an I.D. Card w/a state issued license on it. I pulled up his license on the consumer affairs website and was a valid license. Does anyone use ABC or Vanguard alarm out of Modes...

Re: Gadwell Park
I live by Gadwall park and would not want a prta potty there 24-7. Now if they had the self cleaning bathrooms tucked in the corner that maybe you had to pay a quarter or .50 even $1.00 to operate I would be all for that. Yeah they might be expensive but by having to pay to use you'd avoid having pe...

Re: Amercan Canyon is #11
We were one of the smallest cities on that list and #1 was Bellevue, Washington which is a VERY nice place. Was there last year and to be in the same thought process as a city like that is extremely good!!

Amercan Canyon is #11
Ok so this is old news. I saw this about a few weeks ago and was surprised nobody ever posted it on here. So American Canyon was voted #11 of 100 cities not in California but the entire U.S. of places to live and own a business. Pretty good!! http://money.cnn.com/2008/03/18/smbusiness/american_canyo...

Re: It's about time!
Sushi Yu has some good stuff. Also try out the China Chef restaurant. Had a chreistening for my daughter and rented the restaurant for 100 guests and the food is awesome!! Owners are AmCan residents who happen to be my neighbors.

Re: Seriously Sad
Matt-I know we've had our disagreements Re: Minute Man Project but I actually agree w/you on this subject and as well as the "Free Tookie" thing. Also I do fish though I don't hunt (not for political or moral issues just didn't grow up doing that)-sucks about the damn oil spill screwing up...
