My in-laws live on Monticello Road, and even though the trash is from passing tourists and lake-goers, they still clean up the litter.

Using Issa's document above ( the table ), it seems as though napaseller has gotten his figures wrong.

As I read the table, the number of people who asked for growth control was 66. The percentage was 12%. These figures are skewed in every entry that napaseller has complained about above.

My home value will go down, the traffic will get worse, crime will rise, and the drug dealers will have a new place to hang in the local park at the Napa Junction project.
