Housing developement

Yes it is. Now the question is HOW MANY? This number seems to keep growing. No one is ever quite sure. I've heard rumors there will be 250+ to close to 500 new houses over there but different projects. It is going to be all houses soon with no open land to be seen for miles.
Where is all the money going from these developments most cities would have them pay for the new streets, parks and schools before they build any homes. We have proven the sucess of selling houses just read the paper. Maybe the city manager doesn't read.

What's up with all the construction adjacent to American Canyon Road? Is that a new housing development?
