Dog Park?

So, I was wondering. I have heard of a dog park in the works, but can't seem to remember where it is to be located or when it is to be built. Can anyone help me with that? Also, I took my pack to the dog park in Novato out by Stafford Lake and it is BEAUTIFUL! They also have an agility course to play around on. That would be a great addition here. Maybe the City could be involved in the future and offer dog training and agility courses? Anyone, thoughts?
