Does anyone have any information on this area being "zoned"? It currently is owned/operated by shareholders. A large "baloon" payment is owed on the land, which the shareholders cannot afford to pay. I am curious if this property will end up like that of Canyon Creek.

Any information would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. :D
