Suspicious Activity (Teenagers)

Recently, there's been an increase of teenagers, possibly from Vallejo(?) wandering around the Napa Square area, particularly the blocks within Kimberly, Elliot, Danrose, and Marla Drives, walking onto private property, and scoping out private vehicles. Though this is summer recess, this increase (and behavior) is unusual for this area. Some of these teenagers are in groups, others are alone. If you live in this area, keep your camera's and phones ready. Please don't be afraid to report any suspicious activity to the police, as we are a neighborhood crime watch area. Take pictures to help give police descriptions of individuals, and of any acts they are doing. Thanks.
