Water Carnival

I would just like to thank the West Family for again sponsoring the water carnival. It seemed to be enjoyed by all who attended. My understanding is that last years carnival was a little different than this years. Even with the changes made by the city and pool staff it still was a nice way to cool off and beat the heat.
