Montevino resident recieves restraining order for harrassing

Post by montevino resident »

A resident who lives in Montevino was ordered by a Napa judge to quit harrassing his nieghbors, who filed a restraining order.

He has continuely harrassed his nieghbors, who live on the corner and have a landscaping company.

According to the order, he is to stop"videotaping, recording" his nieghbors.

Apparently, he is the source of several neighborhoold "violation" complaints over the years, causing one such neighbor to have to move his plumbing company trucks elsewhere.

He is well known by the AC Police, whom he calls repetatively, and at the city, where he is complaining of this or that on a regular basis.

One of the most recent complaints to the ac police was over a couple leaves that blew over from a neighbors yard.

If you know this man, please have him get help. He is clearly mentally not well. He is a source of trouble for the nieghborhood, and is acting very strangely, videotaping neighbors, calling police all the time, not coming out of this home, and closing all his blinds.

He is a troubled man, and needs someone to talk to. He is all worked up over small minor matters. Please help him. Please talk to him if you know him. Have him get help.

concerned posting

I am concerned over your posting and putting in people's names. There is always two sides to every story. I wouldn't want somebody parking a fleet of trucks in a subdivision from a business. If you own it and need to park rent a space and do it.

As for the Steve guy is he the one that was in the Eagle for stealing water from the city? I am not sure who he is but if this is the same guy I feel sorry for the neighbor.

But I don't think you should be putting people who live in an area's name on this site of either person involved. It's one thing to bash a politician or city people or even a business but not people. That is way too personal. Besides you Montevino people have way too much trouble.

The highest new home turnover for any area in the city. More concrete for backyards by construction "workers" parking vehicles, the blue letter writer, the "egger" on the car of the guy who got out of prison and the list just goes on and on. It is all here in the postings.

Get a homeowners association and clean up your community your plants are dead, people don't mow the grass, your common areas look like crap, and the list goes on and on.

Maybe if you enforced your CC & R's like other areas you wouldn't look like a barrio.

He is the neighbor, and he has a history of hassling people, hassling the city, and hassling the police.

The judge heard the facts, you didn't, and the restraining order was issued against him.

That means the guy is a threat and had to have the court restrain him.

As for feeling sorry for him, you probably would, as I guess you support wackos!

Everyone that lives in Montevino ought to know who he is.

If my neighbor was videotaping me my husband would get arrested after teaching the sob a lesson.

Crazy!

What I find is funny is that people here are posting without registering and complaining about anonymity.

How ironic.

Someone DOES need to talk to this guy.

The question is, do you want your nieghbor videotaping your wife out the window while she is in her backyard in a bikini going to the hot tub?

Do you want your neighbor videotaping your wife while she is out front of your home, hidding behind the blinds?

Its an violation of privacy and weird!

Hi, I just got on line when I found out about these postings.
My My, what a lot of stuff huh?
One neighbor supposedly video taping the neighbors, possibly one of the neighbors wife's in the hot tub.
Funny, it kind of sounds like who ever made the postings is also inviting all the neighbors to observe this situation. I suggest you do. I suggest you all take a good look each and every time you drive buy.
1. So the one that first gets a restraining order first is the one that is positively right huh? I don't think so , not always.
2. Filming someones wife in the hot tub?
Only one neighbor next to him with a hot tub... Same people that filed the restraining order. So they are the only ones that could psssibly be posting this junk. Why keep stirring up this stuff. You got the restraining order. Don't you feel you won now? Or are you still mad about having to pay back the city for the water you took.
I say your even. Drop it..
3. The person with the video camea is also a block captain that has been called on many many times regarding cars and houses getting broken into as well as the mail fraud that has been taking place in the neighborhood. People ask for his help all of the time.
He told many of our block captains including myself that he would be video taping the front of Montevino from time to time.
Turning him into a mental case is a little extreme.
4. I am not sure you have all of the facts including the part about the plumbing company. A1 waterworks is in compliance with the CC&R's and there has never been a problem that any of the other block captains are aware of. In fact the owner of that company is a block captain in our neighborhood unless there is another plumbing company that I may not be aware of. If there was an issue it must have been resolved.
5. I agree with the person that said we should pay closer attention to the way our front entrances look. Maybe a couple of the landscaping companies in our Montevino division would like to do a random act of kindness. I would sure be impressive. A positive use of time and also giving back to the community. Great way to get new business.
6. CC&R's ... Yep Some of the home owners that have signed them have showd no regard for the papers they signed building more then one building in there back yard. One neighbor not even one or two but have over 5 illegal units built in there back yards. You can see them from Broadway. Talk about crimminal ... Okay maybe not crimminal, but ugly?..
you bet .. how about FUGLY... that is the word .. If anyone has a good attorney that would enforce the CCR's I would love to see the postings.
Heard a joke.... A women came skreeching home, slams on her brakes,
Runs into her home with so much excitment. "Honey, Pack your bags, I just won the lottery... Her husband, semi shocked says, "wow , that is great news, what should I pack for, the mountains or the beach?"
She then says to him, I don't care what you pack, where you are, just get out!!!"

Montevino drama

Post by Paul Maguire »

Video taping neighbors in their hot tub while hiding behind your shade is uncool. Period.

This "water" drama where in Scott Hankins made these claims in the paper is unsupported by the Public Works director, who has NO REPORT on it at all, says the 17 hours of overtime reported is not true, and there is no bill forthcoming from the city.

As usually, the stories in Montevino are often altered or changed.

If you want the facts, go down to the city and get them, but please don't believe everything you read in the paper.
