Operation Identification

Post by ACPDMontoya »

The Operation Identification program encourages homeowners to mark their property to make it easier to identify if it is stolen. Residents should engrave such items as television sets, computers, stereos, cameras, etc. with their driver's license number (preceded by the letters, "CA"). Do not use social security numbers. If you would like to borrow an engraver, you will need to come to the American Canyon Police Department at 2185 Elliott Drive. You need to be 18 years of age, and have a California driver's license or ID card.
