Beggers, Bums, Panhandlers, Occupy, Indigent Types

Northbound this afternoon at Sonoma Blvd and Mini Drive, we were once again within inches of running over one of those SUPPOSED vagrant types panhandling (infesting) our roads; these people could very well be violent transients. In fact, a woman was recently murdered on Hollywood Blvd on Los Angeles by one of these types of people.
Please do NOT enable their SUPPOSED situation nor lifestyle by giving them money for nothing. Inform our law enforcement departments when you see these people panhandling and making it unsafe for not only we drivers, but themselves.
