Ticket if you park in Hybrid Parking?

Ticket if you park in Hybrid Parking?

We got a Fresh and Easy here and they have special spots like "Hybrid Only" or "Family Only". Can you really get a ticket if you park in those and dont meet the criteria? I dont see how but anybody knows?
