LAFCO

Post by ac94503 »

Many of the newer residents may not know about the last committee that tried to annex land into AC. LAFCO told the Council we had too much under-developed land in AC. So...what did we do...built more homes on every space available in a 3 mile radius with the understanding if we complied...annexation would be possible. What's wrong with this picture?

LAFCO, apparently forgot their part of the bargain? Now we are looking like the bad guy.

Law Suit? Please, haven't there been enough of those? (Actually, embarassing)

Let's see if the current Council can negotiate on behalf of "us" residents in AC.

My Opinion.

Current Council negotiate? I said it numerous times, with the exception of Cindy Coffey none of the rest could negotiate themselves out of a paper bag!
