I have to agree regarding some of the older homes here in AC. In fact I live in one. We have tried our best to keep our property in like new condition and we have put a great deal of time an effort into it, but it is very disheartening when our neighbors let the weeds grow, they won't paint, they do...

Wow! If anyone deserves a break once in a while it is the Police officers in our city. Look at all they have to deal with on a daily basis..you'd need a break too! Not only do they need it.. they are entitled to it. Personally if I see them there I would offer to buy their coffee.
