Grafitti Ordinance

by Rancho Resident » Sun Sep 02, 2007 8:08 am

I would like to congratulate the ACPD for taking on grafitti as an issue for a new ordinance. Possibly this site would be useful in gathering residents feelings about making homeowners responsible for the clean-up of grafitti from their property. The fence pictured in the Times Herald yesterday on Rio del Mar caught my eye just like the real fence does about 5 or 6 times a day when I have to drive by it. I am totally supportive of any ordinance that would rid the city of this destructive behavior.
