The city parks are available for everyone's use as defined by the city's code. As I understand this is going to be a workshop for starting a neighborhood watch program in that neighborhood.

Gadwall Park - Bussiness Solicitation

VISION Security Flyers - Inviting neighbors to attend a potluck at Gadwall Park are on every door step in my neighborhood. R.S.V.P.: Bob 707 643-3685

Should we have to deal with private business exploiting our neighborhood parks for solicitation purposes now?

These door to door business’ with their deceptive sales tactics only result in the cheapening of our neighborhood.

What city ordinances regarding this type of practice (or public park use) are in place to help keep our community clean parks available?
