Tai Chi Moving for Balance - New Session

Join this fun 12-week class consisting of coordinated and flowing movements specifically developed for older adults to prevent falls. Shown to reduce falls by 55%, this class is intended for beginners. Canes and walkers are welcome.

This program is hosted by the Area Center on Aging. Donations are accepted, and all proceeds go to the Area Agency on Aging. The new 12-week class will begin on January 8, 2018.

Day(s): Mondays and Wednesdays
Dates: Jan. 8 - Mar. 28
Time: 5PM – 6PM
Ages: 60+ (disabled persons under 60 are welcome)
Fee: Free
Location: Senior Multi-Use Center (2185 Elliott Drive), Assembly Room
Led by: Dale Alexander

Register at the first session, (January 8, 5PM). Please plan to attend all 12 sessions.
