I see four youngsters on foot near Gadwall City Park at 12:20am on Saturday early morning.

Thank you! Needed it to show my teenagers that I wasn't a "cooky" mom!! :)

The Ord. states they can't be out after 11 P.M., unless they are on a errand as directed by their parent / guardian...

Here is the county ordinance:

9.08.010 Curfew for persons under eighteen.

It is unlawful for any minor under the age of eighteen years to loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon the public streets, highways roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds, wharves, docks or other public places and public buildings, places of amusement and eating places, vacant lots, or other unsupervised places between the hours of eleven p.m. and daylight immediately following, provided that the time of eleven p.m. aforesaid shall be twelve midnight when such person under the age of eighteen years shall have gone to place of entertainment or amusement, other than one at which liquor is sold, prior to eight-thirty p.m., where a regular program or evening's entertainment shall have commenced prior to eight-thirty p.m. and shall have been held over or been continued beyond eleven p.m.; provided further, that the provisions of this section do not apply when the minor is accompanied by his or her parents, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor, or when the minor is upon an emergency or errand directed by his or her parent or guardian or other adult person having the care or custody of the minor.

With the upcoming Halloween holiday coming up I am faced with a question. Does our city have a curfew when teens are to not be on the streets?
